- Anxiety Disorders - Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, PTSD, Obsessive–
Compulsive Disorder and phobias
- Addictions - eating disorders
- Personality Disorders
Specific Goals
Individuals will learn:
- To become more aware of how mental illness affects chemical dependency.
- Abstinence of alcohol, and non-prescribed drugs as a long term goal by understanding
emotional triggers to abuse.
- To develop practical life skills to manage problem areas.
Participants meet weekly for six weeks for group psychotherapy. Members agree to
attend group, complete homework, and participate in group. Only adult men and women
who are pre-approved by facilitator will be accepted into this program.
